Feeding Trough

Feeding Trough is a container that can be filled with Wheat and placed inside a fenced-off area to keep Pets fed and breeding. When used correctly, it serves as a steady food source for penned Pets, allowing them to continue multiplying without needing direct player intervention.

Its main purpose is to support taming and breeding setups. Once a fenced area contains a Feeding Trough and enough space for the animals inside, Pets will eat from it automatically and can reproduce. If the enclosure becomes too crowded, the Pets will stop eating from the trough, which also prevents further breeding until the situation is resolved.

• Fill it with Wheat to supply the Pets inside the pen.
• Place it within the fenced area you want to use for breeding.
• If breeding stops, either remove some Pets or enlarge the enclosure so they have room again.
