Pine Sapling

Pine Sapling is a placeable object used to grow Pine Trees. It is obtained by cutting down Pine Trees in the Snow Biome, making it a renewable way to replant and maintain pine wood sources after harvesting.

Pine Saplings can be planted directly on terrain tiles. Once placed, they develop into Pine Trees over time, letting players create their own pine groves near a base or gathering area instead of relying on naturally generated trees.

A planted Pine Sapling takes 30–45 minutes to grow into a full Pine Tree. Because of that long growth time, it is best to plant them in advance if you want a steady supply of pine resources later.

• Harvest Pine Trees in the Snow Biome to obtain more Pine Saplings.
• Plant them on terrain tiles where you want new trees to grow.
• Plan ahead, since their growth time is measured in tens of minutes rather than seconds.
