Heavy Shaft Potion

Heavy Shaft Potion is a consumable potion that modifies the behavior of critical pegs when activated. It was introduced in the demo release and later had its description reworded to explicitly reference the "activate" keyword.

When a critical peg is activated while Heavy Shaft Potion is in effect, the pegboard is refreshed (the board is reset). This refresh occurs specifically on activation of crit_pegs rather than merely on their spawn or destruction.
