Ladder

Ladder is a basic building made from leaves and used to support vertical movement. It is a simple early structure rather than a major infrastructure piece, and its main effect is a small movement speed bonus for rats passing through or using it.

The movement speed bonus is +5%, so it provides only a modest benefit compared with more specialized travel or transport options. Even so, it is useful in places where a small improvement to movement efficiency matters, especially in compact or frequently traveled areas.
