Kovarex enrichment process

Kovarex enrichment process is a deterministic recipe for producing Uranium-235 by consuming surplus Uranium-238 and existing Uranium-235. It exists to overcome the extremely slow, probabilistic output of the basic Uranium processing recipe: refining Uranium ore normally yields Uranium-235 with a 0.7% chance and Uranium-238 with a 99.3% chance (roughly one U-235 per 143 processing cycles, or about a 1:142 U-235:U-238 ratio). Because basic processing is the only probabilistic crafting recipe in the game, players accumulate large amounts of U-238 while getting U-235 very slowly; Kovarex enrichment process provides a stable, faster, and repeatable method to increase U-235 supply while consuming the excess U-238.

Kovarex enrichment process is primarily used when a sustained supply of Uranium-235 is required for high-demand items. Uranium-235 is required to craft Uranium fuel cell and Atomic bomb; Atomic Bombs consume large amounts of U-235, so relying solely on the probabilistic Uranium processing is impractical for large-scale nuclear production. Kovarex therefore converts U-238 into more U-235 in a controlled way, letting players accelerate U-235 accumulation and balance their stocks.

• Do not convert all U-238 into U-235: U-238 remains useful and required for several items. U-238 is a material for Uranium rounds magazine, Uranium cannon shell, and Explosive uranium cannon shell, and it is also used as the second ingredient for Uranium fuel cell. Preserve some U-238 for ammunition and fuel cell production rather than turning every last unit into U-235.
• Kovarex enrichment is the recommended path when you need deterministic U-235 production for mid- to late-game nuclear setups or for mass Atomic Bomb manufacture.
• If U-238 supplies run low, you can recover some U-238 by reprocessing Depleted uranium fuel cell (recycling spent fuel), which provides a partial refill of U-238 stocks.
• Plan ore collection and enrichment workflows: because basic Uranium processing yields U-235 very slowly and produces large U-238 surpluses, set up Kovarex enrichment only after you have accumulated enough U-238 to feed the conversion while keeping reserves for ammunition and fuel cells.

Kovarex enrichment process therefore serves as the practical bridge between the low-probability raw Uranium processing stage and the steady production of Uranium-235 required for advanced nuclear technology and high-volume item crafting.
