Banana Pudding

Banana Pudding is a Gourmet Food item that can be consumed by the player or given to NPCs. When eaten by the player, it grants a strong set of long-lasting combat and mobility bonuses for 20 minutes: +15% Movement Speed, +10% Attack Speed, and +6 Armor. It is also useful for settlement management, since NPCs gain +35% Happiness when they consume it.

Like other food items, Banana Pudding eventually spoils, with a spoilage time of 2 hours. Its combination of movement, offense, and defense makes it a versatile food buff for exploring, fighting, or preparing for tougher encounters, while its happiness bonus gives it additional value when used in a village or base with NPCs.
