Chili Pepper
Overview
Chili Pepper is a raw food item found in Snow Caves and Swamp Caves, and it can also be grown by planting Chili Pepper Seeds in Farmland. Like other raw foods, it can be eaten directly or used as an ingredient in Cooking, making it useful both as an early exploration food and as a renewable crop.
When consumed, Chili Pepper provides a small mobility boost for 4 minutes, and it also has a beneficial effect when given to NPCs. Its short spoilage time makes it best used relatively quickly after being collected or harvested.
- Player effect: +2% Movement Speed for 4 minutes
- NPC effect: +10% Happiness
