Copper Pitchfork

Copper Pitchfork is an early-game weapon that can be obtained from surface ruin chests. It is a straightforward melee option for the opening stages of a run, offering a wider attack range than the craftable Iron Spear.

Its main tradeoff is damage: Copper Pitchfork deals slightly less damage than Iron Spear, but compensates with better reach. That makes it useful for keeping enemies at a safer distance, especially when dealing with early hostile mobs in cramped areas or while exploring ruins and other surface structures.

Because it is found rather than crafted, Copper Pitchfork is also an immediate power boost for players who have not yet gathered the materials needed for stronger crafted weapons. It fits best as a temporary early weapon or as a safe-range backup until better gear becomes available.
