Gold Axe
Overview
The Gold Axe is an early-game axe made from Gold Bars and any kind of wood at an Iron Anvil. It is one of the first metal axes a player can craft, making it a straightforward upgrade path once gold has been found and smelted.
Like other axes, it is used primarily for chopping down trees, but it can also be used to move furniture. That makes it useful not only for gathering wood, but also for basic base organization and room layout changes before more specialized tools become available.
- Crafting yields 1 Gold Axe.
- Required materials: 8 Gold Bars and 1 any wood.
- Crafting station: Iron Anvil.
