Iron Bomb

Iron Bombs are explosive throwable items found in various loot chests around the world or bought from the Broken Pirate. When thrown, they travel a short distance before detonating, damaging all mobs and objects in the blast radius.

They are especially useful for mining ore veins, since the explosion can quickly clear blocks around the target area. An upgraded version exists as the Dynamite Stick.

• The explosion has a range of 120 pixels, or 3.75 tiles.
• Depending on the player’s highest equipped tool tier, the blast can break both player-made walls and cave walls.
• Because they detonate after traveling, they are best used from a safe distance rather than at point-blank range.
