Iron Greatsword

Iron Greatsword is a charged melee weapon that uses a three-stage charge attack. As it is held, each charge stage triggers a visible effect around the player, making the weapon feel increasingly powerful as it charges.

The sword only performs its attack at charge level 1. Releasing it at charge level 2 increases damage to 1.5×, and releasing at charge level 3 increases damage to 2×. However, the higher charge levels also take longer to reach, so if the goal is to maximize damage per second, the best approach is to release the attack as soon as it reaches charge level 1.

Iron Greatsword is crafted at an Iron Anvil using 20 Iron Bar and 2 Any Log, and it yields 1 Iron Greatsword.
