Iron Ore
Overview
Iron Ore is a crafting material mainly used to make Iron Bar. It is found in caves underground, where it appears as a rock with light brown cuts. When mined, each rock drops 2–3 Iron Ore, making it a reliable early-game resource for metal production.
Because Iron Bar is its main use, Iron Ore is most valuable as part of the progression toward stronger tools, weapons, and other craftable items that rely on metal bars. Players exploring underground caves will often gather it alongside other mining resources, so it is worth collecting whenever it appears rather than leaving it behind.
