Nachos

Nachos is a Gourmet Food item that can be consumed by the player for a strong temporary combat buff. Eating it grants +10% Movement Speed, +10% Damage, and +0.25 Health Regen for 12 minutes, making it useful before fights, dungeon runs, or other extended combat situations.

It also has a social use: when consumed by NPCs, it provides +35% Happiness, which makes it valuable for keeping settlements more productive and stable. Nachos has a spoilage time of 2 hours, so it is best used relatively soon after being obtained rather than stored for long periods.
