Onion

Onion is a raw food item found in Deep Forest Caves and Deep Swamp Caves. It can also be obtained by planting Onion Seeds in Farmland, making it available both through exploration and basic farming.

Onion can be eaten directly or used as an ingredient in Cooking. When consumed by the player, it grants +10% movement speed for 4 minutes. When consumed by NPCs, it increases their Happiness by 10%. Its spoilage time is 8 hours, so it is best used fairly quickly or reserved for cooking before it expires.
