Polar Claw

Polar Claw is a trinket dropped by Polar Bears. It is a combat-focused accessory whose slowing effect makes it useful for controlling enemies during fights. The game does not currently show whether it is used to craft anything else.

Its effect lowers the movement speed of affected enemies, and it can apply through all of your damage sources, including ranged attacks and summon damage. It may also lower attack speed or cast speed, although that behavior is unconfirmed. Bosses are immune to the slowing effect.
