Overview
Spider Boomerang is a craftable item made from Cave Spider Gland at an Iron Anvil. It is part of the spider-themed progression line and uses a fairly small amount of the gland resource compared to other spider-related recipes, making it a direct way to turn drops from Black Cave Spider hunting into a usable weapon.
Its base damage was increased to 20 in version 0.21.21, up from 18. That change is the only documented balance adjustment in the available sources, so the item’s known history is currently limited to this damage buff.
