Strike Banner
Overview
The Strike Banner is a hand-held item that appears as one of the village loot items. Unlike other banners, it cannot be placed as a decoration or structure.
It cannot be crafted and is only found in village chests. Settlers will hold strike banners and refuse to work when they are very unhappy, making the item a visual indicator of poor morale and a sign that the settlement needs attention.
