Cave Maple Sapling

Cave Maple Saplings are obtained by cutting down Cave Maple Trees in the Deep Plains Caves. They can be planted on terrain tiles to grow new Cave Maple Trees.

Once planted, a sapling will eventually mature into a tree after about 30 to 45 minutes. Because they are tied to the Deep Plains Caves biome, they are mainly used to reestablish a local source of Cave Maple Trees rather than to grow them anywhere in the world.

• They must be planted on terrain tiles.
• Their growth time is variable, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes.
• Cutting down Cave Maple Trees is the normal way to get more saplings.
