Plains Grass

Plains Grass is a plant that grows naturally in the Plains Biome. When destroyed, it can drop Plains Grass Seeds and Worm Bait, making it a simple source of both a renewable planting material and fishing-related bait early on.

Plains Grass can also be grown manually by planting Plains Grass Seeds or Overgrown Plains Grass Seeds, which creates a Plains Grass Tile that will spread into normal grass over time. This makes it useful for restoring or decorating terrain in player-built areas, especially if you want the look of natural grass rather than bare ground.

The name Plains Grass can also refer to a landscaping item that has the appearance of natural grass.
