Wise Painting

Wise Painting is one of the two possible Secret Paintings found in the hidden path that opens in the Deep Desert Caves after defeating Sage and Grit. It appears in a very small side room that branches directly off the secret passage and is part of the area’s hidden loot rooms rather than a standard generated structure.

The room containing Wise Painting also includes Coin Stacks and Vases. Because the entrance door can be difficult to notice, the room is easy to miss while moving through the caves. One of the simplest ways to locate it is to use a Treasure Potion, since it will highlight the Vases inside and make the hidden room easier to spot. The room is also tucked behind a wall, which makes it less visible from outside and prevents outside light from reaching in as easily.

• Wise Painting and Cool Painting are the two Secret Paintings that can appear in this room.
• Either painting can be found in place of the other on a given world, so players may encounter only one of the two.
• Both Secret Paintings count toward the Adventure Journal Challenges requirement.
