Light Shaft Potion

Light Shaft Potion is a consumable that modifies the behavior of refresh pegs by causing them to trigger critical hits when activated. When a refresh peg becomes active as a result of the potion’s effect, that activation counts as a critical strike.

This interaction applies specifically to refresh pegs: any peg that would normally activate a refresh effect will also produce critical damage or critical effects at the moment of activation while the potion’s effect is in force. Use Light Shaft Potion to increase burst potential from boards that generate refresh pegs or to maximize damage and proc-based bonuses tied to critical strikes.

• Combines well with builds that create many refresh pegs or that benefit strongly from critical hits on peg activations.
• Timing the potion when multiple refresh pegs will be activated in one shot increases the total number of critical activations.
• The potion does not alter non-refresh peg behavior; only activations of refresh pegs are affected.
