Jewelry Workshop

Jewelry Workshop is a production building used to process valuable materials into higher-tier goods. It has two known recipes: it can turn 1 Crystal and 1 Tool into 2 Jewel with 800 Work, or 2 Coral into 2 Coral Gem with 1800 Work.

The Coral Gem recipe is especially profitable and is the main reason to build the workshop. A common planning rule is to have about one Jewelry Workshop for every 2 Coral, or about 1.5 workshops per Tree Coral when relying on coral grown from trees. If you import Coral from an ocean city, you can scale up the number of workshops further and increase production accordingly.
