Golden Mask

Golden Mask is a hat that can be tailored at the Sewing Machine inside Emily’s house, using Cloth and one of several totems: Rain Totem, Warp Totem: Farm, Warp Totem: Mountains, Warp Totem: Beach, Warp Totem: Desert, Warp Totem: Island, or Treasure Totem. It can also be obtained through Emily’s outfit services at the Desert Festival, where male players have a small chance to receive the outfit that includes it.

In addition to being wearable headgear, Golden Mask has a few utility uses. It can be donated to the Museum to count toward museum donations, and it has a role in tailoring and dyeing. When placed in the Sewing Machine spool, it produces a clothing item, and it also serves as a yellow dye item at the dye pots in Emily and Haley’s house at 2 Willow Lane.

Golden Mask is not used in any bundles and is not required for any quests, so its main value is as a cosmetic item, tailoring ingredient, and donation item. One of its notable visual traits is its golden, gem-like design, which has drawn comparisons to a similar-looking mask from other media.
