Starfruit Seeds

Starfruit Seeds are a type of seed that can be planted to grow Starfruit. Once mature, the plant produces Starfruit, making these seeds the starting point for one of the game’s more valuable crops.

They can be purchased at the Oasis and occasionally appear in the Traveling Cart. One seed is also awarded by Gunther at the Museum after donating 15 items. In addition, Starfruit Seeds can be produced with the Seed Maker, and treasure rooms in the Skull Cavern may occasionally contain 5 to 20 of them.

Because they grow into Starfruit, these seeds are most useful for players who want to keep a steady supply of the crop rather than buying each harvest individually. Finding them through the Seed Maker or Skull Cavern can be especially helpful when stockpiling for large-scale farming.
