Slingshot

Requires stones for ammo.
Overview
The Slingshot is a weapon in Stardew Valley that can be used in combat and, in some cases, to interact with movement-related glitches. It does not work with the clipping glitch that normally lets the player enter otherwise unreachable space around a map area.
One notable interaction involves Warp Totems. If the player uses a Warp Totem and then switches the held item to a Slingshot, the player character model breaks. In this state, the player can move freely for a short time before the warp takes effect and teleports them away. If the Slingshot is pulled back before the teleport happens, the teleport is canceled. The character model and facing direction remain locked in place, but movement is still possible. Interacting with objects or villagers restores the character model to its normal state.
- The Slingshot does not bypass map boundaries through the usual clipping glitch.
- Swapping to a Slingshot after activating a Warp Totem can temporarily desync the character model from normal behavior.
- Pulling back the Slingshot before the teleport completes cancels the warp.
- Any interaction with an object or villager returns the model to its default state.
