Milk Sac

Milk Sac is a harvestable animal-derived item used in crafting and processing. It can be obtained from dead Sow Peccary and Exor Cha, making it a useful early-game material if you are exploring areas with those enemies. The Wildlife Pens in Cascade Laboratories level 2 is the best place to farm it early on, because a large number of Sow Peccary spawn there.

Later in the game, most enemies that drop Milk Sac are found in Village Den da'ko Yeer, so it remains available beyond the introductory areas.

Milk Sac can also be distilled at the Distillation Bench into Vials of Milk, giving it a direct processing use rather than serving only as a loot item.
