Overview
The Galaxite Trap is a type of trap that triggers when an enemy or cattle steps on it. When activated, it deals 117–143 damage and inflicts 51 burn damage over 8.4 seconds. After triggering, it has a 2.5 second cooldown before it can activate again.
Because it affects cattle as well as enemies, it is best placed with care around penned animals and other non-hostile creatures. Its burn effect makes it useful for damaging targets over time, especially in narrow passages or other choke points where enemies are forced to cross the same tile.
