Tassel Top

Tassel Top is a chest armor piece that belongs to the Tassel armor set, alongside the Tassel Earrings and Tassel Skirt. Like the rest of the set, it is part of a matching three-piece outfit rather than a standalone defensive item with a unique role of its own.
