Sea Sponge is a critter found at Island Reef. It can appear at any time of day and in any season, so there is no need to wait for a specific weather pattern, month, or time window to look for it.

Because its availability is constant, the main requirement is simply reaching the reef area and checking while you are there. This makes it a convenient target compared with critters that are limited by season or time. If you are working through a collection, museum-style goal, or general critter hunting in the reef, Sea Sponge can be searched for whenever you make a visit.
