Toolbelt equipment is a technology that unlocks the Toolbelt equipment as a researchable item, allowing players to craft and install that equipment into modular armors and power armor equipment grids. As a technology in the research tree, it connects to personal equipment progression and enables the use of the Toolbelt equipment's in-game function by making the recipe and its placement in armor available once researched.
