Runic Heart
Overview
Runic Heart is a consumable item that increases Max HP by 50 when used. It is a permanent health boost item rather than a healing consumable, making it valuable for strengthening a character’s survivability.
It is dropped by the Runebound Chieftain Boss the first time it is defeated. Because the item only comes from that initial kill, it serves as a one-time reward tied to progression through that boss encounter.
