Maple Double Bed

Maple Double Bed is a furniture item used to decorate rooms and set a player’s spawn point. It is crafted at a Carpenters Bench and belongs to the broader bed family, which is used both for home decoration and for basic survival utility.

Like other beds, Maple Double Bed can be used to sleep, which provides healing and fast-forwards time by 20x. In multiplayer, all players must be in a bed before time will fast-forward. If a bed that was set as a spawn point is destroyed, the spawn point reverts to a location near the Elder’s House.

A bed only functions as a spawn point if the room around it is not too large; the maximum room size is 500 tiles. If this limit is exceeded, the game displays the message “Cannot Set Spawn Outside.”
