Applicator

Applicator is a crafting material used in StarRupture. It is produced by the Fabricator and is required as an ingredient in multiple higher-tier recipes. Applicator can be exported to corporations.

Applicator is produced in the Fabricator with a short crafting time. The Fabricator recipe requires 8 Tube and 2 Glass and takes 4 seconds to yield 1 Applicator. The recipe must be unlocked in the Recipe Station under the Fabricator category; unlocking the Applicator recipe costs 600 Tube, 200 Glass, and 800 Data Points.

Applicator is consumed in several crafting recipes. A common use is in the Furnace recipe for Hardening Agent, which consumes 1 Applicator along with 5 Sulphuric Acid and 1 Synthetic Silicon to produce 2 Hardening Agent in 4 seconds. Applicator is also a major component of the Ion Injector recipe crafted in the Compounder; that recipe requires 10 Applicator, 4 Electromagnet, and 2 Pressure Tank to produce 1 Ion Injector in 12 seconds.

Applicator can be exported to corporations. The corporation Future Health Solutions buys Applicator at corporation level 7 for a value of 70 and grants an Inventory Upgrade as the export reward.
