Troll Hide Cape

Trollskin is tough and supple.
Overview
The Troll hide cape is a light armor piece crafted from Troll Hide and Bone Fragments at a Workbench. It is part of the Troll armor line and is available once Troll materials from the Black Forest have been gathered. Like the rest of that set, it is meant as an early-game defensive option rather than heavy protection.
At base quality, the cape provides 1 armor and 500 durability. Upgrading improves both stats and increases the crafting station requirement:
- Quality 1: 10 Troll hide, 10 Bone fragments; Workbench level 2
- Quality 2: 5 Troll hide, 5 Bone fragments; Workbench level 3
- Quality 3: 10 Troll hide, 10 Bone fragments; Workbench level 4
- Quality 4: 15 Troll hide, 15 Bone fragments; Workbench level 5
Because it is a light armor piece, the Troll hide cape is useful for players who want some protection without moving into heavier gear. Its low armor value means it is best treated as a supplementary piece while progressing through the early game, especially when the materials for Troll equipment are already being collected.
