The Queen Trophy

She has seen enough.
Offer it to the Sacrificial Stones.
Overview
The Queen trophy is a trophy obtained from The Queen and used to claim her Forsaken Power at her respective stone. Like other boss trophies, it is primarily a progression item rather than a combat reward, and its main purpose is to be mounted on the boss altar after the fight.
Mounting The Queen’s trophy on her stone grants the player and nearby allies a 300-second power that greatly improves Eitr regeneration, makes the user resistant to Poison, and removes Sneak stamina cost. This makes it especially valuable for Mistlands exploration and for builds that rely on Eitr. Once The Queen has been defeated, her trophy can also be kept as a proof of victory, but its functional use is tied to the altar.
The Queen herself is fought in the Infested Citadel in the Mistlands, unlike earlier bosses that are summoned in the open world. After the first defeat, the trophy is no longer just a one-time boss reward: three Seeker Soldier trophies can be offered at the hive seat at the top of the citadel to summon her again.
- The trophy is used at The Queen’s Forsaken Altar to unlock her power.
- Her Forsaken Power lasts 300 seconds.
- The power gives +100% Eitr regeneration.
- It also grants Poison resistance and -100% Sneak stamina usage for the player and nearby allies.
