Overview
The Atlantean Worm Heart is an epic food item.
When cooked, its health over time effect applies to all players within a 5-tile radius. In multiplayer, the effect does not stack, so multiple players or overlapping servings will not increase the healing beyond the normal single application.
Because of its area effect, it is most useful when the group can stay close together during combat or while recovering between fights.
