Delay Circuit

Stores electricity input and sends it out during intervals of 1 second.
Overview
The Delay Circuit is a mechanism that stores incoming electricity and releases it in 1-second intervals. It acts as a simple timing component for electrical setups, letting power flow out in spaced pulses rather than continuously.
Because it buffers input and then outputs at a fixed rhythm, the Delay Circuit is useful wherever a circuit needs a short pause or a repeating delay between signals. Its behavior is straightforward: power is not passed through instantly, but held and then sent out once per second until the stored charge is used up.
Official description
