Fungal Soil

Fungal Soil is a naturally occurring spawning tile found in the Undergrounds. It periodically produces fungal enemies and flora, including Shroomen, Shrooman Brutes, and Mushrooms, during spawn events.

Because it functions as a spawn tile rather than a placeable farming block, Fungal Soil is mainly important as part of the Undergrounds’ natural cave generation and enemy activity. Areas containing it can become more dangerous over time as hostile spawns continue to appear from the tile.
