Overview
The Golden Ancient Chest is a common single-wide chest found naturally in the Desert of Beginnings. It is one of the area’s standard treasure containers and can be opened to obtain a random variety of loot.
As with other naturally generated chests, its main value is exploration rewards rather than crafting or placement use. Since the contents are randomized, opening every Golden Ancient Chest you find is a reliable way to pick up extra materials, equipment, and other valuables while progressing through the Desert of Beginnings.
