Overview
High Velocity Charge is a tier 1 Explosives talent that increases the explosion radius of the player's explosives by 10–50%.
It directly improves the area covered by explosive weapons and consumables, making it easier to hit clustered enemies and break more blocks at once. Because the bonus scales with talent level, it becomes progressively stronger as the talent is upgraded.
