Overview
The Obliteration Ray is an epic hand drill. Unlike other hand drills, it receives bonuses from melee attack speed, which makes attack speed effects especially valuable when using it. It is also a key component in crafting the legendary hand drill, Stormbringer.
Because it functions differently from most other hand drills, players can build around melee attack speed to improve its performance. Its design and attack are strongly inspired by the Tau Cannon from the Half-Life series, giving it a distinct sci-fi feel compared with the rest of Core Keeper’s tool set.
