Stormbringer

The Stormbringer is a legendary hand drill and an upgraded version of the Obliteration Ray. Unlike other hand drills, it scales with melee attack speed, and its lightning attack can chain to up to three nearby enemies when it targets a foe. This makes it function as both a mining tool and a combat weapon, especially in close-quarters encounters.

It is a fairly effective weapon because of its invincibility and rapid damage output. Its high attack rate and mining damage also make it especially strong with bonuses that convert mining damage into melee damage.
