Overview
Old Spore Mask is an item that appears as part of a special scene generated in Azeos' Wilderness. In that scene, an Old Spore Mask lies on the ground with a sprout underneath it.
The sprout can be broken, but it does not drop anything. The scene is a reference to Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, specifically the final image shown during the credits.
The mask can be encountered in this scene, and official concept art exists for it.
