Wood Pickaxe
Overview
The Wood Pickaxe is a basic early-game pickaxe crafted from any type of wood. It serves as one of the first mining tools available and can be made at either an Iron Anvil or a Workstation, making it easy to obtain as soon as the player has the required materials.
Its recipe is very simple: it costs 8 of any wood and produces 1 Wood Pickaxe. Because the recipe accepts any log type, it is usually straightforward to craft immediately after starting a world and gathering a small amount of wood.
