Wood Spear

Wood Spear is an early-game melee weapon crafted from 15 any wood at either an Iron Anvil or a Workstation. It is a basic spear-type weapon meant to give the player an inexpensive reach option before more advanced gear becomes available.

As a crafted weapon, it is useful as soon as the needed crafting station is available, and it can be made without requiring a specific wood type. This makes it a flexible starter weapon when exploring or clearing nearby hostile mobs.
