Deep Sand Stone Caveling is a type of Caveling found in the Deep Desert Caves. It is part of the Deep Desert cave enemy set and should be treated as one of the standard hostile creatures encountered while exploring that biome.

Like other Cavelings, it is best approached with care when moving through cave systems, since groups and cramped terrain can make encounters more dangerous than they first appear. When hunting them, keep enough space to maneuver, maintain awareness of nearby enemies, and prepare for combat in enclosed areas where retreat options may be limited.
