Radish

Radish is a vegetable crop that grows from Radish Seeds and is ready to harvest after 6 days. It passes through four growth stages before maturity, taking 2 days for stage 1, 1 day for stage 2, 2 days for stage 3, and 1 day for stage 4, with the harvest stage reached at the end of that cycle.

As a crop, Radish is mainly notable for being a straightforward summer vegetable with a short growth time. Its quick turnaround makes it useful for filling crop requests and for general farming progression when a fast harvest is more valuable than a long-term crop. It can also appear as a seasonal request on the Help Wanted board outside Stone's General Store, where it may be requested in Summer for a reward and 150 Friendship points.

Radish also has a few uses outside of selling or cooking. It can be used in the spool of the Sewing Machine with Cloth in the feed to create a dyeable Tank Top. When used with a dyeable clothing item in the Sewing Machine, it serves as a red dye. In addition, it can be placed in the red dye pot at Emily and Haley's house at 2 Willow Lane for use in dyeing.
