Asksvin Saddle
The back of an asksvin is rather lumpy, so you'll need a saddle if you want to ride one.
Overview
The Asksvin saddle is a mount saddle used on tamed Asksvin for riding. When equipped, it allows the rider to control the creature while mounted, making it the required piece of gear for using Asksvin as a controllable mount.
It is crafted at the Black Forge and requires a level 2 Black forge to unlock. Like other forge recipes, the materials for the saddle must be present in the player’s inventory before the recipe appears. As a practical use case, it can also be used to ride across lava when mounted on an Asksvin, since the creature is immune to lava damage.
- Used only with tamed Asksvin.
- Enables direct rider control while mounted.
- Can be used for lava travel when riding an Asksvin.
- Requires a level 2 Black forge to craft.
