Electro-Pet

The Electro-Pet is a melee pet obtained using a Cracked Pest Egg. Like other pets, it is summoned by using the egg, then equipped in a pet slot to travel alongside the player. Its color is random, and its color and skill appear to be determined at the moment it hatches.

As a combat pet, Electro-Pet deals 11–13 melee damage and has a 20% chance on hit to stun the target. This makes it a straightforward close-range support companion for interrupting enemies while the player continues fighting. Because pets gain experience when the player damages monsters, Electro-Pet levels up simply by participating in normal combat; enemies do not need to be killed by the pet itself.

A few practical notes about pets in general also apply here:

• Pet experience is awarded when the player damages a monster, even if the monster survives.
• Leveling up increases the pet’s abilities.
• Once hatched, the pet’s traits are fixed for that hatch.
• The pet must be equipped in a pet slot to accompany the player.

Electro-Pet is one of the more direct melee options, relying on consistent hits and its stun chance rather than on buffs or ranged behavior. In practice, it is useful when you want an extra source of control in close fights, especially against enemies that are dangerous if left uninterrupted.
