Overview
Toxic Defender is a rare shield. It is the easiest shield to obtain after the Great Wall in Azeos' Wilderness, making it an early post-wall defensive upgrade for players exploring that biome.
As a shield, Toxic Defender fills the standard defensive role of blocking incoming attacks while allowing a player to stay engaged in close combat. Its main significance is accessibility rather than complexity: once the Great Wall has been cleared, it is one of the first shield options available from Azeos' Wilderness progression.
